Bookings and visits
Open Bookings to review payment and appointment status. After a Lab accepts a paid booking, present the Visit Code and complete the Lab's identity check when you arrive.
Results and reports
Published results appear under Results. Original Lab reports remain private and require an authenticated or explicitly time-limited sharing flow. CheckAm does not interpret a result as a diagnosis.
Account controls
Profile → Account settings provides verified email and password changes, a portable data export and account deletion. Sensitive actions require recent authentication.
Nearby Labs and location
Location access is optional and is used only in the foreground to find nearby Labs. CheckAm does not use background location. Choose Browse all Labs if you prefer not to share your location.
